If you chose to ship it with the US Postal Service there is NO TRACKING available. The will send me and you a delivery confirmation number. When the mailman attempts to deliver the package it will be scanned, before that the tracking will show that I notified the post office I was going to send something. They DO NOT scan it before the delivery attempt. If you chose to insure it with USPS it's at least a month before I can report a missing package and file a claim

If there is a problem with your product, please contact us before you return it. We will do our best to make you, the customer, satisfied Sometimes the problem is on your end, not understanding how a particular product works and we can fix that by explaining it to you.
For example, on the knives that open out the front and also close with the same button, if the blade strikes something as it is opening or sometimes for no reason you notice, the blade will become loose and slide in and out like the spring is broken, it isn't. If you will pull the blade out until it latches it will be as good as new. This particular knife uses a system where the spring throws it open and shut and if the latch doesn't catch it slides free. I can explain this via email and your knife is back working in a couple minutes without being shipped back and forth

In the end we normally test all mechanical knives before shipping and replace the rare defective one if possible or refund your money.
